Ordering your plates

Please check your registration, plate format, finish and quantity before paying. Plates are made to your selected specification. Contact info@sutherlandplates.co.uk promptly if you spot a mistake.

Prices and delivery

All prices include VAT. Delivery is £4.50 per order to UK mainland addresses. Collection from 2a Cope Road, Banbury, OX16 2EH is free. Contact us for other delivery locations. We will confirm arrangements for document checks and advise when your plates are ready.

Document checks and road use

We must see the required original identity and registration entitlement documents before producing road plates. Ordering does not establish entitlement to a registration. We will contact you if your selection needs to change to meet applicable road-use requirements. Smoked and faded show plates are for off-road display only.

Changes, cancellations and faults

Made-to-order personalised products are generally excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right. Contact us as soon as possible about changes or cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer rights.
